There is no doubt that in just the past 10 years, several industries have changed dramatically and the travel industry is no exception. Changes in the industry are ramping up exponentially, while customers are demanding quality and speed. From my experience, I have found that unifying these fragmented pieces of information can reduce the time of each transaction by 40%, improving a team’s selling sales potential and improves the ROI of their technology.

3. The Right Partner for the Right Integration

There are plenty of software development companies that promise to deliver the best integration experience. Choosing the right one is a challenge. In modern connectivity, an integration company must almost certainly support hybrid integrations. Hybrid integration allows on-premise applications to seamlessly integrate with cloud-based applications. It’s also favorable as enterprises may not want to depend completely on legacy systems due to regulatory compliance issues and concerns around security and privacy of sensitive data.

4. The Major Challenge with Integration is Integration

Yes, integration can be a problem in and of itself. The success of an integration project will be highly related to the commitment of the C-suite and management throughout its duration and implementation. It’s of paramount importance that managers motivate and help team members find all the existing flaws in their operations and identify any duplicate processes or redundant tasks that may be eliminated with the integration. Team members may show resistance to the changes, so that’s when managers must support them and explain how the new system will make everyone’s lives easier.
